ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Here are some accomplishments that I am proud of.

Zaballos.net website: I created a fresh new web site for R. Zaballos & Sons, Inc. This incorporated more of the company's branding along with several new features such as interactive maintenance request forms and trouble ticket tracking. www.zaballos.net

BULLDOG AWARDS: I was the product manager for the Bulldog Awards programs from 2007 through 2014. Over the past 18 months I increased revenues by 40% by revamping and expanding the product line while reducing overall expenses by streamlining the process and sourcing less expensive sources for supplies.

SALESFORCE INSTALLATION: I was instrumental in selection and inital setup and management of Salesforce.com. This allowed our sales team to track their activities and client history and a direct increase on 30% in direct sales volume.

REDUCED EMAIL MARKETING EXPENSES: Bulldog Reporter sent between 5 and 8 million direct marketing emails per month. At one point we were paying up to $10,000 per month in costs. I researched email vendors and selected a new company that ended up saving us almost $6,000 per month
