Most importantly, his contributions as a member of our executive management team have been instrumental in the company’s market leadership.  He has made invaluable contributions to our choosing of cost-effective healthcare insurance, telephone systems, office equipment, email delivery and IT services, and sales support software.  On the side, Jacques also served as product manager of our eight awards programs, managing a 30% growth of that product line over the past nine months and front line support on our Media Pro database product.
